Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn, an American actress. Anna Gunn is an American actress. Other roles she has played include Jean Ward in The Practice and Martha Bullock from Deadwood. She was born in Sante Fe, New Mexico in the year 1968, Anna Gunn fell in love with acting during Preparatory School, before her family moved to Ohio during the latter part of 1970. Her studies in theatre were at Northwestern University. A semester was spent at the British American Drama Academy. Anna worked in Chicago's theatre for several years, before attempting TV and movie role. Anna's first major part was Arden, in Down the Shore. She appeared on 29 episodes. At the beginning of 1990, Anna was a frequent guest in TV and film, such as Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue. The mid-2000's saw her was placed in Deadwood playing Martha Bullock for two full seasons. Skyler was the character she played on Breaking Bad. Sully as well as Deadwood were also part of her career. Gunn has also appeared on stage in David Schwimmer's production Sex With Strangers. The actress starred as Numbered Days, a four-part audio series that was released that will air in 2022. The relationship with Walter White and his wife Skyler is often the backbone of the story in Breaking Bad with the strained tension in their relationship, and eventually its demise echoing the same storyline of Walter White's last years of life.
